Acts 21:27 - 22:2

Paul is arrested while in Jerusalem - no one knows why - He's following the orders of the elders - but that just isn't enough - the crowd beats him, wanting him dead. The Roman guards take over and come to Paul's rescue. Paul, following Jesus, turns to the crowd and instead of wanting revenge, desires to continue to let the Gospel be heard.
Paul is a human life showing us how to achieve the bar set by Jesus Christ.

Acts 9:20-31 - Having a Heart to be Led by the Holy Spirit

Part 23 in the Acts sermon series.
In this passage, Saul (later known as the Apostle Paul) has become a full-on radical follower of Jesus Christ. He goes to the Damascus Church, who having heard of his threats against Christians, still welcome him as a Brother in Christ. Then he goes to Jerusalem where he encounters a different reception. Nevertheless, Saul being led by the Holy Spirit, fearlessly preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Luke 19:28-44

Part 58 in the Book of Luke sermon series. In this passage, Jesus will be using a pretty unusual method of entering Jerusalem, for a King, that is. Everything He did was intentional and was used to teach His disciples, both then and now.
