Planting in the Drought

This morning's sermon comes from Genesis 26:1-6; 12-14 and is a diversion from the current Book of Luke series.
In times of famine and drought, whether physical or spiritual, God calls and blesses those individuals who keep planting and working for Him.

Luke 19:11-27

Part 57 of the Book of Luke sermon series. This week, we travel with Jesus as He tells His disciples a parable describing what they were to be doing during the time after He was crucified until He again returns to the earth. That mission is relevant for all of His disciples today - go seek the lost and give them the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Luke 19:1-10

Part 56 of the Book of Luke sermon series. In today's passage, a tax collector named Zaccheus had an encounter with Jesus Christ, which changed his life. The message to us today is that no one is too far removed to be touched and changed by our Lord. This should give us hope for those we love and are praying for - God IS seeking them out.
